Therapy Services
Since 2008, I’ve worked with youth, adults, and family systems across a range of settings. My approach is grounded in being person-centered and strengths-based—honoring each client’s unique story while building on their inherent resilience.
Some of the modalities I am trained in and use in my work are:
Person-Centered Therapy – A respectful, nonjudgmental foundation that honors your voice and autonomy focusing on strengths
Trained in TBRI® (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) – Ideal for families and children with trauma histories, focusing on attachment, felt safety, and connection.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Trauma Focused-CBT – Cognitive strategies to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, especially for anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills – Mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance tools to build resilience and coping.
I currently offer telehealth sessions and have limited availability for new therapy clients.
Clinical Supervision
I currently offer telehealth clinical supervision for both LMFT Associates and LPC Associates—and I truly enjoy supporting new clinicians as they grow in confidence and clinical skill.
You will receive a minimum of 4 hours of supervision per month. These hours may be a mix of individual and group sessions, tailored to meet your developmental needs and licensure requirements.
